We were very lucky to realtor as down to earth and professional as Daev. We honestly had no clue what it be like trying to buy our first home. Daev was knowledgeable enough to sit down with us on the first meeting and explain the whole process as well as what equity was, Denver's economic trends, what it really took to look for house at our price point (which was on the lower end). At the start of this process we were very surprised to see the types of houses at our price point and that it was extremely competitive! If i could i would give Daev a 10 star review on negotiation skills. He definitely knows a lot of techniques to have your offer stand out, and was always available whenever we had questions or needed to put in a late night offer. As the process continued we decided to start looking at more affordable options and ending finding a pre-foreclosure town home in an area we absolutely love.
