Daev did a great job keeping me calm during the sales process. It is a ton of work to stage your house and show it while still living in the house. Daev would personally come in and make sure everything was cleaned up and good to go for each open house. We showed the house for three days and got the deal done! Highly recommended.

I found Daev from a recommendation on Facebook. When I started to process of buying a home I was daunted. My lender cap was $250,000 and nothing seemed promising let alone possible.. Until I found a condo posted online that seemed perfect. The second I walked in I knew I wanted it to be my home. What Daev did to make sure I got it I can only describe as magic. I was out bid, and yet Daev knew exactly how to sell my marginally higher offer. Yall, THIS WAS MY FIRST OFFER on a condo.
