Cynthia helped us to sell our house in a very challenging market. We got a buyer very quickly and Cynthia helped us through every step of the way, through cost negotiations, a difficult tenant situation that included an eviction and closing negotiations around furniture, items in storage and items that were taken by the tenant. Extensive repairs were need in order to close on this house including an outdated roof, outdated electrical panel and a collapsed septic tank. She helped us navigate all that, with her knowledge of county regulations, tax codes, liens against property, and back taxes and so much more. Her knowledge about each of these things was invaluable to us and helped move the sale forward to a successful closing. She is incredibly patient and kept us calm and focused throughout the sale. My husband called her often on the phone, relying heavily on her to help make sensible decisions and she talked through everything with us until we felt good with our decisions.
