About Cynthia

I have a graduate degree in communication arts and years of experience as an agent. I began my real estate career in the mid-90s when none of us could have envisioned the industry in its current form. I took a break to raise my two now-grown children and am excited to again help people fulfill their dreams of homeownership with all the new tools that make the process easier and yet more complex. Like many moving to this area, I am a transplanted Northerner. Was born and raised in Baltimore, but have lived in a variety of areas - as far north as upstate New York, as far west as Colorado and as far south as Georgia where I lived the past 21 years. My love of the surf and sea brought me to this area, and I enjoy helping clients make Myrtle Beach a place they too can call home.
