Cynthia was extremely responsive to me and my needs. I reached out after deciding that I wanted to view a property that was having an open house in 2 days and she made herself available to join me. That wasn’t the house for me, but she began digging and made suggestions of places that I wasn’t aware of. During our second outing, we found my home and I wouldn’t have even found that community if it wasn’t for her. I wouldn’t absolutely recommend Cynthia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I found Cynthia on google one evening. I signed up on her website and she reached out the following day. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew we would work well together. Cynthia is very knowledgeable and skilled in her area of expertise! You can text her at any time of day and she’ll respond. She goes over and beyond for her clients and is very personable and professional. She’s very upfront and honest about everything and I love that about her. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and I believe we’ve gained a friend.

Cynthia's experience of growing up in the valley with long time connections made this transaction fast and easy, so funds could be available as quickly as possible to pay for a nice memory care home for my mother with advanced dementia. I really appreciated Cynthia's care for all our family pictures that had to be sorted and boxed before the sale. Cynthia got us the price we wanted in record time!

Cynthia Brown is an amazing person, she made me and my fiancé feel like family. We never felt like a transaction. At first we were nervous about the whole process of buying a house.
