Crystal Van Dam

I was looking for a particular type of home with particular amenities. Crystal kept my desires top on her list and even threw in a few property listings that weren't anything I asked for but just might fit the bill. She stuck with me through think and thin and even when a listing came up that I wanted to see and she was in the hospital having her daughter, she still got me a viewing and completed an offer on the home, all while in labor and then just after giving birth. One house I put an offer on was pulled off the market and I was very disappointed. A year later (I wasn't an easy client) the same house came up on the market and Crystal called me about 11:30pm very excited to tell me that the listing returned and scheduled a viewing first thing the next day. I made an offer on that house and within hours she was calling me to let me know I got the house! In as much as I wasn't an excited buyer, Crystal made the whole experience a lot more interesting, bearable and fun. It took a while for me to settle on something I wanted but Crystal kept with me that entire time, understanding that I wanted what I wanted and she was determined to help me find what I was looking for. She comes highly recommended by me (and all my friends who went through this process with me).

The house sold in 4 days!!! Crystal is a "Beast" when is comes to real estate. She was the perfect agent for my Mother. Not only were her skills and professionalism obvious, her patience with my very senior Mother was limitless. Crystal made sure she explained every line of every contract. Most of which was done in person because my Mother has no email. Any time we called with a question, Crystal got back with us promptly. Usually within the hour. At closing, she took care of the paperwork needed to be filed with the city, and the transfer of utilities. One of the neighbors on Kathryn St. came down and asked for the agent's card. He wants to sell and saw how quickly the house went. We are very happy with everything and will recommend Crystal Van Dam to anyone who wants to facillitate their real estate transactions.

Crystal did a fantastic job of selling my home in Redford! She is very knowledgeable, cheerful and professional. She had great suggestions on what needed to be done to sell the home: things that would probably pay off. The sign went up right away and she arranged for the house to be shown many times, both through her own office and through many other offices. I was very pleased with her handling of offers and arranging of the closing. I highly recommend Crystal to anyone who needs to buy or sell property!
