Crystal has been the best during my homeownership experience. She will take the time to understand what you are looking for and truly what’s the best fit for you and your family. She makes sure that you are set up for success in every way possible and that you are well taken care of. Very reliable, and is very communicative. She will fight for you to her best ability in every aspect. She is truly the absolute best.

I met Crystal at an open house when I was first looking around the Riverside area and was immediately impressed with her honesty and kindness and quickly retained her afterwards. My husband and I were purchasing our first home and Crystal really went the distance to help us through the process (which was not uncomplicated since we were purchasing from out of state). She was knowledgeable about the transaction and willing to answer all of our first-timer questions and quickly got back to us with external requests we had (suggestions for house improvements, inspectors in the area). She was detail-oriented, diplomatic during negotiations, and her actions made it clear she had our best interests in mind. She kept us updated at every step and was very in tune with our worries as first-time home buyers. We can't recommend Crystal enough and really credit her with completing the purchase on-time and finding something we really loved!

Crystal was amazing!! Very professional, quick response time to all of our questions. I love that she took the time to sanitize my home (wiped all door knobs, swept, moped, etc) after having an open house. If you're thinking of buying or selling you will be very happy with Crystal as your realtor!

My daughter and I met with Crystal after nearly two months of looking for a house. I had already worked with two agents from two different companies and had become very discouraged that I would not find anything in the current market. When we met with Crystal she was well prepared with questions for us and provided us with a clear cut plan of what could and would do to get me into the house that I wanted. I gave Crystal the information about the property that I was interested in buying. That very day she contacted the seller’s agent and requested information on the property and what exactly it would take to get me into the home. Crystal was thorough, diligent and tenacious. Crystal did her research and she kept in constant contact with us and the seller’s agent. We met with Crystal on a Sunday evening and she had me in escrow two days later. While working with Crystal it became glaringly apparent that she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about her profession. I had not had this experience with my prior two agents. Even though Crystal had other clients, she always answered any questions that we had and responded as soon as she could which was nearly always pretty immediately. As soon as Crystal began working with us she took over everything that my daughter had been struggling with while helping me through the process with the two prior agent s agents. I am so impressed with Crystal and her level of professionalism. I am really happy with every aspect of the service that she provided. She told us what she could do and she absolutely did it. Crystal made everything so easy and pleasant for me and I could not be happier.
