I met Crystal at an open house when I was first looking around the Riverside area and was immediately impressed with her honesty and kindness and quickly retained her afterwards. My husband and I were purchasing our first home and Crystal really went the distance to help us through the process (which was not uncomplicated since we were purchasing from out of state). My daughter and I met with Crystal after nearly two months of looking for a house. I had already worked with two agents from two different companies and had become very discouraged that I would not find anything in the current market. When we met with Crystal she was well prepared with questions for us and provided us with a clear cut plan of what could and would do to get me into the house that I wanted. Even though Crystal had other clients, she always answered any questions that we had and responded as soon as she could which was nearly always pretty immediately. As soon as Crystal began working with us she took over everything that my daughter had been struggling with while helping me through the process with the two prior agent s agents. I am so impressed with Crystal and her level of professionalism. I am really happy with every aspect of the service that she provided. She told us what she could do and she absolutely did it.
