I worked with Erika Staggs from the Cristina's group and she helped me arrange a great financing deal where I was able to go under contract for my new house first, move in, prepare my old house for sale and then complete the transaction. She never gave up!

Cristina was amazing from the first phone call! She was patient as we worked to get pre-approved. She did an amazing job of finding our forever home that had all the wants and wishes we wanted. This was a challenge because we were needing a finished basement and a decent layout and she found it! She never gave up! When it came close to closing, all of a sudden we had issues with the lender and within seconds she had switched us to another lender who was able to get it done for us and approved at a lower rate! This was the best experience in home buying that there was!
