Craig Hickey is the man!!! He tells you right when you walk up to a house what's wrong or if it's even worth going in. He always answered my calls or sent a quick message that he'll get right with you EVERY time. There was NEVER a time where he didn't have an answer for my questions. Craig made our home buying experience the best. Even with covid 19 going on we were in the the buying process because he made it happen. A perfect home came up for sale in a seller's market. Multiple buyers made offers. Craig intuited the correct amount that would top the other offers yet not force us into a bidding war. We got the house! Since then he has guided us to a reliable mortgage lender, a home inspector, an appraiser so that we were able to close on time in spite of the pandemic. He also sent us names of an electrician, house painter, plumber, mover, etc. He has assured us he will be there for us long after our home purchase. I can't recommend him enough.

He is a down to earth, honest, realtor. Formly worked in construction, so he knows what to look for when he walks in a house. He won’t sell you a money pit. He listens to your wants and needs.
