He will not lead you astray. He'll provide you with a checklist for preparing your house for sale. Use it. And, do everything on it. Seem like he plans to list your house a little on the low side? Go with it - it'll work to your advantage. We ended up with 13 offers in 48 hours. From the day we hired Craig to the day we closed on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our forever home.... only 6 weeks! We could not have asked for a smoother process.
