Craig is an excellent real estate agent who is very knowledgeable and informative about the properties we viewed as far as letting me know about neighborhoods, the difference in property tax from city to city and by county. He also was very knowledgeable about any faults like if it was going to need new roof, furnace and air conditioners and such.
