In my role as Executive Assistant and Business Growth Manager to Travis Gray- one of the region’s most accomplished real estate advisors- I focus on streamlining operations, enhancing the client experience, and contributing to strategic growth across the Annapolis market.
My professional journey began in project management and residential construction, where I oversaw multiple projects, coordinated vendors and permitting, and guided design selections from blueprint to final detail. This hands-on experience allows me to anticipate needs, align priorities, and create seamless systems that support both our clients and our internal team.
I focus on creating structure, staying organized, and making sure things get done efficiently and with purpose.
Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active and connected. Whether I’m playing soccer, catching a Ravens game, four-wheeling, shopping, traveling, or spending time by the water with friends and family. I'm always up for something adventurous and love winding down at a good brewery or winery.
