Courtney did an amazing job throughout the entire journey of selling our house. She regularly provided updates on our surrounding real estate market while also looking at similarly sized/priced homes across a wide area to enable us to make informed decisions as a team. Whenever we had questions about those updates, she provided comprehensive responses that ensured we understood what the data was telling us and when to not worry about extenuating circumstances surrounding the sale of some homes (particularly short sales). If we ever asked a question that she wasn't sure about, she would work with her network to get a full answer to our question within a day. Whenever we relayed concerns about the lack of reviews from showings or suggested doing an open house - she quickly took action to address our concerns in a direct, immediate manner. This resulted in consistent confidence that Courtney was doing everything possible to get our house sold. She is a strong negotiator. This was evidenced by her ability to work with the buyer's agent to close the gap between our listed price and the final sale price to a point where we were happy with the result and the deal was able to close without issue. She handled every situation with professionalism, providing straight-to-the-point responses to difficult situations and ensuring there was no debate about what is expected. Courtney did an amazing job throughout this process and I would happily utilize her services again in the future.
