We were paired with Courtney while internet searching homes in the Loveland, CO area from our home out of state. The match was fortuitous. Courtney sent us many listings fitting our desired home type and price point, arranged to view the homes and take us on many facetime tours, and learned the circumstances motivating the sellers. When we finally chose our home, Courtney negotiated favorable terms with the seller. She helped us find a reputable inspector and attended the inspection on our behalf. Then she finally met us and attended our final walk through inspection giving us many good insights. We were so lucky to work with Courtney and would highly recommend her for broker services above and beyond.
