Courtney's knowledge of the area and her network of real estate professionals made the transaction very smooth and stress-free. She was very fast with communication and always willing to go the extra mile when it came to meeting us for various showings and appointments. Courtney is amazing! My wife and I knew trying to sell a home during COVID 19 would be difficult, but we needed something bigger and took the leap anyways (we even considered trying to sell on our own with no realtor ?????). Courtney made the whole process as easy as it could possibly be! She had paperwork ready for just about anything that came up, was there for us anytime we had a question or needed to look at a property, and even offered to help with moving/suggestions (plus it helps that she is super connected and knows companies to help with any service you need). We are so glad that we went with Courtney and Comet Realty and will definitely use them again in the future with our next purchase!
