Cory Wilks

I first contacted Cory Wilks after seeing him on a youTube add. This is unusual for me as I never even watch them. After a brief call he came out to meet us and see our home. A few days later he returned with the most comprehensive market analyses I had ever seen. We had three others from realtors we had considered. After Cory explained his methods, he recommended we list the home for over 10% more than the other agents. We lister per his advice and Cory and his team went to work creating a 10 page brochure, custom website and social media content. Following going live and a very busy open house we had a full price offer in 4 days….WOW! After going under contract is when Cory and his team became even more outstanding. With both sellers and buyers wanting a quick closing this stressful time was managed and coordinated with skill by Cory and his team. Following the initial inspection the buyers wanted 4 more specific inspections done. Cory was on site for all and made sure they were fair and not bias towards the buyers. This resulted in a closing at a much higher price than we thought we could get. We could not give a higher recommendation for Cory, from start to finish his care and skill made our experience positive and successful. He anticipated potential issues and helped us address them. Cory, Brandi, Gail and the Wilks team are superb. Cory will tell you he is the expert in the room, this is not bravado it is fact. I only wish he could help us buy in the PNW.

Cory Wilks and his team were extremely committed to the sale of my fathers condo in Parker. One example is after the inspection we were required to do upgrades, Cory was very helpful with scheduling and assisting us in all the steps necessary to us to the closing table, including using caring style and kindness along the way.
