About Connie

Real estate has changed in many ways since the late 1980's and early 1990's when I first sold real estate in the fast paced Northern Virginia market; however, there are many essential elements that are the same. At the heart of it, I believe that an agent should treat their clients with honesty, knowledge and professionalism. I have always felt that if you are going to do a job, do it to the best of your ability. This equates to high quality service and attention to details that leaves no question in the client's mind that their real estate needs are the number one focus for me and my team. This is what I base my real estate business upon. I understand that buying or selling your home is a HUGE life event. My team and I would love to be the agents to help you with your real estate needs! What can I bring to the table as your agent? Not only did I earn my Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing from George Mason University, that gives me insight into how to promote properties, I have experience in negotiating contracts and assessing market comparables and purchase prices. I was also given the opportunities to use my real estate knowledge by working for a property investment group that purchased and renovated distressed homes (Home Flippers way before it was televised.) Researching homes and budgeting/managing remodeling costs on a daily basis for this company was a valuable experience in which I gained understanding of the real estate market from another perspective. (It came in very handy when working for a custom home builder in Northern Virginia in later years.) While raising my sons, I changed career paths for awhile in order to give back to others by becoming a middle school math teacher. If you have any difficulty with negotiating, problem solving, meeting client needs, overcoming objectives, multi-tasking, time management, and adjusting to situations on the fly, teaching 120-150 middle school students per year will help you master these skills very quickly. (These are key abilities that real estate agents also need.) After my sons reached adulthood, my husband and I decided it was time to start living out our dreams in the Lowcountry. I I came back to work in a field that has been one of my first loves...real estate. I would love the chance to talk with you about how my team and I can help you realize your goals of buying or selling your home.

She is THE BEST!

Connie was recommended by a friend after my husband passed away unexpectedly. She took care of so much and her assistant Heather is top notch. Her whole team pitches in and it comes together beautifully. My house sold the first day. I can't say how much I appreciate everything they did.
