Connie was excellent at explaining everything, and she was always very proactive in helping us complete tasks and suggesting options to complete tasks when we were unsure, and also jumping in to assist with anything that we needed to get done, be it inspection, appraisal, repairs, etc. She just went above and beyond to make sure we were on track and lessen our stress through the entire process.
