Selling your home is never easy, but preparing your home for sale after 30+ years can be quite challenging. With Colleen's experience and knowledge of the market, the recommendations she made to improve our home for sale were spot on. She was always professional and communicated with us throughout the entire process--from the first offer to the closing of the sale.
