He lined-up houses for us to see at reasonable amount of time during the pandemic in 2020. If you're looking for an honest realtor, Colin is that person.

There isn't enough credit we can give to Colin for finding us our new home. We have been searching for a home locally throughout the pandemic and with the prices increasing it was looking like we would have to move farther and farther away to get into a home of our own. As soon as we got connected with Colin it was very clear there was another level of detail and care he has for the clients he works with. He was able to get us our first home locally like we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Our family and friend groups love it and comment all the time on how they enjoy their time during visits. Great experience working with Colin to sell my father's condo. Colin helped connect us with a knowledgeable title person who could help with the probate side of things. He was so flexible, patient, and responsive with me and my siblings. I can't imagine how the process could have possibly gone better and that was all down to Colin. What can I say about working with Colin. To start, I can say that one of the best decisions of my life was working with him to sell my old home and purchase my new one. I am 37 years old and I have a wife and two kids (ages 4 and 1). When I first met with Colin we discussed our options for selling the home, which included living in or leaving for a short period to make upgrades before selling. Whichever option we chose, he suggested a realistic goal was to be in our new home before Thanksgiving (spoiler alert - we were)! We went with the latter, and based on our initial projections for the sale of the house, we earned 3 dollars in sale price for every dollar spent! Colin had connections to professional contractors who did very high quality work for very affordable prices. This made the process of making the upgrades seamless. Colin even oversaw the work because he knew what my wife and I were up against on a day to day basis, with full time jobs and two children at home (we worked together during peak COVID restrictions). While we worked on the sale of our old home, every week or so we looked at homes in Brentwood, where we planned to purchase our new home. Colin was very flexible and worked around our schedule to ensure we could see homes soon after they hit the market, which was very important because homes were selling fast. Colin was very knowledgeable at each step of the way, communicated clearly and consistently on all matters, and helped us get into our new home that has everything we dreamed of! I recommend anyone looking to sell or purchase a home to connect with Colin. He is the cream of the crop.

When our family decided to purchase a home, we said that there are 3 characteristics our realtor MUST have: accessible, transparent, and a go-getter. Colin definitely checked all three. Accessible: he was always one phone call or text away and was available to view houses whenever we need to knowing that timing is important. Transparent: he explained everything that makes the information easily digestible to us and told us the good, the bad, and the ugly. Go-getter: Colin went above and beyond in negotiating for our needs and wants. He established good and fun working relationships with fellow realtors which really worked to our advantage. Colin is amazing at what he does. He helped me buy my first home, in an extremely competitive market in which I was almost priced out (in Oakland), and I'm very happy with the home. He's patient, positive, kind, responsive, and really wise. He used so many different strategies to help me get a home, including timing and negotiation. The home fits nearly all my criteria, including location, which was a huge deal for me. He answered every one of my questions (and I had a lot) and truly went over and above for me.
