I've been selling real estate in the Twin Cities since 2002, with more than 500 closed transactions. My office is in Blaine, and most of my work is in the north metro and northern suburbs: Blaine, Shoreview, Lino Lakes, Arden Hills, Mounds View, New Brighton, and Circle Pines. Over the years, my practice has gravitated toward complex and emotionally significant transitions. Divorce, estate sales, downsizing, relocation, buying and selling at the same time. The situations where the personal side of the decision is just as important as the market side. I'm a certified life coach, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS). Those credentials reflect the work I actually do: helping people make clear, confident real estate decisions when life is already stressful. I don't rush people. I don't use pressure.
