She booked appointments and had showings for 12 prospective purchasers on the first day the condo was on the market. As a result of her expertise, we received Six offers at list price or better including the all cash, 10 day close offer we accepted for more than $25K above our list price and well above the sales prices of other similar condos in our development. She is an absolute all star and we will use her again should we need to purchase or sell other properties in the future.
