Claire white is an amazing agent to work with. She does what she say is going to do and is one of the the best communicators I know in the business. She is always prompt to answer her phone and speak to you basically anytime you need her. Claire went out of her way to make buying and selling our house as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling. You will not be disappointed.

I had such a wonderful experience listing my lot with Claire. She was attentive, checking in with me to keep me informed of her progress with the listing and letting me know about potential buyers. She was very informative, telling me a lot about the market and the area and helping me understand when people will be looking most to buy, what I could expect for offers given the current market, etc. Her professionalism and communication were great. She was quick to inform me of offers and counter offers and even when the listing was not receiving a lot of attention she would communicate what she was doing to increase its visibility. I truly felt that she had my best interest at heart the whole time it was a pleasure to work with her and I am grateful for her help.

Easy is an understatement describing how smooth and just enjoyable my home buying experience was using Claire white as my realtor. This was my first time buying a home so I had alot of questions and concerns as to how everything works and just a whole plethora of questions that Claire easily helped me with. She is very knowledgeable and always has an answer for you. I was worried with a cap on exactly how much I was willing to spend I wouldn't be able to win out on the bids wars that were going on but somehow we made it work and I got the first place that I made an offer on and it was a great deal! I can't say enough about how easy Claire made everything for me and if you use Claire as your realtor you can trust that she will do everything she can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. One of the many things I respect about Claire is that if she feels like you are making a bad decision she will make you aware of her opinion because she doesn't want anyone to buy a place and then regret it after. I acually did not spend what I was willing to spend so now I'm able to make renovations and furnish my home without having to go above my budget. Just a great experience all the way around!

She was extremely professional in updating us on all the showings since we were not using our villa at the time . We found Claire to actually be a god send literally since we had to be in our home in Florida during the showings and closing .
