I had such a wonderful experience listing my lot with Claire. She was attentive, checking in with me to keep me informed of her progress with the listing and letting me know about potential buyers. She was very informative, telling me a lot about the market and the area and helping me understand when people will be looking most to buy, what I could expect for offers given the current market, etc. Her professionalism and communication were great. She was quick to inform me of offers and counter offers and even when the listing was not receiving a lot of attention she would communicate what she was doing to increase its visibility. I truly felt that she had my best interest at heart the whole time it was a pleasure to work with her and I am grateful for her help.

Easy is an understatement describing how smooth and just enjoyable my home buying experience was using Claire white as my realtor. When I first called Claire she answered the phone like she already knew me, because my friend gave her my information prior to me even calling to meet with her about buying a home. So I knew instanly she was the one, from that day we would just call each other and we could just sit on the phone after we handle the business part we still had something to talk about. So when you can talk to someone on the phone and have several conversations and never meet face to face yet says a lot about their character.
