Cindy Flannery was so helpful as we made a big move from Utah to New Orleans. We first contacted and met with her in person a year before our anticipated move. She asked us many questions about what type of house we wanted and discussed possible locations and price range as well as market projections. From time to time in the next 6-9 months she would contact us to stay in touch and send listings to help us get an idea of what was available at the time. At the beginning of 2026 we began a more serious search for the perfect home for us. She was up to date on what was available and knowledgeable about the process. Cindy was always available to take our calls and provide answers to the many questions we had. If she didn’t have the answer right away, she researched the issue and got right back to us. She helped us negotiate with the seller and she made sure the inspections and repairs were thorough. We couldn’t have made this move without Cindy’s help and knowledge! She is an outstanding realtor!
