Christy was excellent in all respects. She was available 24/7 and always happy to help us in any way. She quickly responed to any and all of our texts and if unavailable she made sure to send us a reposne telling us she will get back to us as soon as she could. She knew what we were looking for and if a property was not right she told us outright its not the one for us. When we bought our house sight unseen she she quickly suggested a video walk thru which was very helpful. We highly reccomend her and would use her again for sure.

When I first met Christy I was impressed beyond what I had heard as to her professionalism. She is very well informed as to the value of your house and to the houses in the surrounding area. Her knowledge as to the legal proceedings lead me to a very high rated legal firm to represent me since I would noe be able to return for the closing. Her knowledge as to the quality of construction repair companies directed me to a qualified person who did the work at a reasonable price. I feel the pictures taken to attract people through the advertising were of the highest quality. They gave a view of the house which was superior. Everything that was done in preparation to actually putting out the advertising showed Christy knew her business. She knew how to present the product and lure the buyer to the house. As time progressed Christy kept me informed. When it came to actually selling the house I feel that she gave to the buyer an honest well thought out presentation that they could understand and appreciate.
