We were a senior couple, from outside of South Carolina , shopping for a home in the Surfside beach area. Fitting our purchase into an Irrevocable Trust. Recommendations on Insurance carriers, handymen, painters, and what not. Christy never wavered. Christy not only did a great job listing and pricing the home, but once we accepted an offer she was doing anything necessary to facilitate the transaction. The property was a manufactured home, and a new SC law required the DMV to receive the title. We were out of state and our lender didn't have a process for the new requirement, so Christy worked with the bank to make sure it happened. That saved us a lot of stress and grief.
