Christy not only did a great job listing and pricing the home, but once we accepted an offer she was doing anything necessary to facilitate the transaction. The property was a manufactured home, and a new SC law required the DMV to receive the title. We were out of state and our lender didn't have a process for the new requirement, so Christy worked with the bank to make sure it happened. That saved us a lot of stress and grief.

Christy was excellent in all respects. She was available 24/7 and always happy to help us in any way. She quickly responed to any and all of our texts and if unavailable she made sure to send us a reposne telling us she will get back to us as soon as she could. She knew what we were looking for and if a property was not right she told us outright its not the one for us. When we bought our house sight unseen she she quickly suggested a video walk thru which was very helpful. We highly reccomend her and would use her again for sure.
