Christy is a friendly agent who was able to sell my home in OSV. While it took awhile to sell, she brought the perfect client to make for a quick closing. She was empathetic and wanted to get it sold for me.

Christy Rhom has been in the business for over 10 years and is very knowledgeable. She knows her market area and more importantly knows quality third party vendors for financing, inspections, repairs or whatever buyers or sellers need. She follows up with proactive communication and really cares about you and your best interests. She builds lifetime relationships and friendships with clients over just making a sale

Christy was very helpful, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. She provided just what I needed, someone to take the reins and keep me informed. I don't think there was anything I asked her to do that she couldn't or wouldn't do. She even offered to turn in my Spectrum equipment so I wouldn't have to make a special trip down just for that. That is going the extra mile, with a smile. She has lots of experience and knows how to network...just what you want in a realtor. I would highly recommend her!

Christy goes way above and beyond what most realtors do. I have bought and sold multiple properties in the past and Christy provides beginning to end service. If a problem arises, she is right on top of it working with you to find a solution. She does not just talk a good game; she follows through on everything she says. Christy was an amazing realtor who we've used twice now. We purchased a home in Oceanside Village AND eventually sold the house with Christy and she works wonderfully as both a buyers and sellers agent. Oceanside Village is a unique neighborhood involving manufactured housing and leased land which works quite differently than a traditional home sale. Christy knew all the ins and outs, was always available by email, communicated clearly with us during every step, and went the extra step in several areas. Our vacation home was empty and we were located many states away. She would turn on our water taps (drip) whenever there was going to be a deep freeze. She pro-actively fixed some things that were brought up in the property inspection, and replaced a shower curtain rod that somehow got broken during the inspection. I honestly feel that we would not have sold the home when we did if we didn't have Christy as our realtor. She navigated rude and unprofessional seller's agents, pulled building permits to prove that everything was done correctly, and so much more. I give Christy my highest recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to use her again. She's the best!

Christy answered all of our many questions and made the experience worry free. I would recommend Christy to anyone looking for property in the Surfside Beach area. Special note, she is not a fan of flying snakes !! I'll let her explain that fact !
