Christy was so wonderful! Since we put in our offer for our property in December through closing and continuing. Helping us find contractors to contact to set up repairs/updates we want to make when we get back up there in a couple weeks. We're 9-10 hours away in Florida and she has made this such an easy transition for us. We love the property and can't wait to get back up there. I don't know if there is a term for summer-birds but that's what we'll be. She was very professional and never put us off. She was the go between to the realtor handling the property and never hesitated to contact her with our numerous questions. She was friendly and open and especially honest with us. If she didn't know something she found it out before answering us in lieu of "making" something up or guessing. We would recommend her to anyone looking for property.

Christy responded to my initial inquiry through Zillow within minutes. I am a VERY impatient person so this was huge. It was late evening when I told her I wanted to see 6 houses in one day because we had to drive 3-4 hours to get there. That night she had a showing booked for the day we needed for all of them. It was love at that point. I knew she was for me!! Hahah..she always answered my calls (again, huge for me) and when we met her in person, she seemed to "get" us. She gave advice when we needed it and was so patient. Our funding took about 7 months longer than we had expected, and rather than drop us, like most people would have, she continued to check in about every month or so. We finally got our funding, we found the more than perfect house overlooking the best view in all of Bryson City, and then when our movers almost backed out on us, she offered herself and her husband to help - in the dark - in the rain. I told her I wouldn't have even done that for my best friend! She is THE BEST. We have two more properties we want to get for rentals and of course will use nobody but her. Ten stars **********
