Christy was very helpful with our search for a new home and for land only purchases. Ultimately we purchased a pre-built and she had great suggestions regarding due diligence steps, inspections etc. She was also very patient during the closing process when our lender made things frustrating.
This was not our first house but it was the first time we felt like someone was in our corner. Christy was amazing, she was always there to answer questions, she learned really quickly what we were looking for and what our "style" is without us being able to articulate it well. Aside from all of that, the house we purchased had an awful realtor but we had Christy to track down their realtor and get us what we needed when their realtor was reluctant to do their job. If we had anyone else in our corner, I don't think we would have got this home and if we did, we would have lost our sanity in the process. I couldn't imagine anyone being a more professional, friendly and engaging realtor.
