Normally I wouldn't bother to post a rating, or write a review. Frankly, it usually isn't worth the time. In this case, I felt that it was absolutely necessary, to publicly acknowledge Christy Mitchell. She was exactly what we needed in a realtor, and we couldn't have been more pleased with her work. First, Christy could not have assessed the value of our home better, as she listed it perfectly for the market. Second, she gave advice throughout the entire sale process that was unbeatable, due to her vast experience. Third, and probably most important of all, she never quit working to get our home sold. She put in extra effort every day, and used every available resource at her disposal, to keep our house in the public eye. In the end, we didn't just have one buyer, but many lined up to purchase our home. We were in the situation, that we needed to relocate for occupational reasons, and had limited time to do so. Christy effectively removed much of the stress from the whole process, and I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

We had been looking for a house in these areas for a while and while camping near by, during the 4th of July weekend, we called Christy to see if she could show us a few properties on short notice. She made some calls, and set up the appointments. We finally met her in person and our journey began. Christy is very friendly, knowledgeable and listens to your needs and wants. She was there to help us find our next home, not just trying to make a sale.
