When my Pop fell ill, my wife and I moved from Texas to help take care of him. We knew that my parents house would not fit both families but it was important for us to be there. She helped narrow our search, utilized her knowledge of the area, services (inspectors, engineers, contractors) and local rules and regulations, to find the perfect piece of property for our wants and needs.
