Family
Chris, alongside his wife Yana and twin daughters, Annika and Kaitlyn, made the move to Bexley in November 2021 after enjoying 15 years on Lake Keystone in Odessa, FL. They have quickly embraced their new community, relishing in leisurely walks and community gatherings. Chris particularly enjoys bonding with his family over meals at the Clubhouse and exploring the outdoors together.
Hobbies
When he's not immersed in real estate, Chris indulges his passion for motocross at his private track, The Farm, in Dade City, FL. The Johnson family also enjoys spending quality time outdoors, whether it's riding UTVs, hiking in the mountains of Tennessee, or engaging in friendly games of chess. Annika and Kaitlyn are active in tumbling, dance, and figure skating, adding to the family's dynamic lifestyle.
Before Real Estate
Chris's journey began with a term in the United States Air Force, specializing in avionics. Following his service, he pursued a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and worked in computer programming, affording him the opportunity to travel to various destinations worldwide for work-related trips.
Florida Native
Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Chris's upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for the outdoors, with fond memories of fishing and ATV rides at his grandparents' lake house in Floral City. His teenage years were marked by his passion for motocross racing, a hobby that continues to thrive today with his private track in Dade City.
