There were more troubles than there needed to be and there was a title issue with previous owners and to took longer than needed. Chris stayed on top of this and other issues. Some could say that this is his job as Buyers Agent however it is important that my schedule is very busy and Chris would take time for my call when I was available even though not convenient for him(after normal hours) including Sunday. He will take care of you too.

We met Chris through Zillow when we were just starting the search for our first home, and he was communicative and professional from the very beginning. He was quick to schedule showings and got us into homes we were interested in without delay. We had our eye on one particular property early on, and when it fell out of contract, Chris’s fast communication and responsiveness allowed us to move quickly and secure it. He also did a great job negotiating with the seller, helping us work out favorable terms around closing costs, contract dates, and a few additional items we requested. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how smooth and straightforward Chris made the entire process. We felt well-supported and informed every step of the way, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Chris was an excellent realtor. He was always responsive to our questions. He was very efficient in his process. As we lived out of town, Chris was very helpful in making appointments and scheduling repairs post inspection. He gave us the names of companies for referrals and those companies used were very good in terms of the work being done and customer service. We cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

Chris really has his customer's best interest at heart. I have never felt like I could trust a realtor so much. I wanted to explore the market for years before actually being ready to move forward. Chris never made me felt pressured and it lead to us finding our dream home/property in our budget!
