My wife and I met Christine in 2021 when the market was running wild. We were first time homebuyers, so we needed A LOT of nurturing. And what stood out most about Christine was her calmness, attentiveness and patience. We explained we needed her to be a good communicator, and we asked that she be a bit more thorough with us during the process because it was our first rodeo. Her dedication and hard work was evident from the beginning. She always adhered to her schedule and answered or found answers to any questions we had. Even on smaller concerns/questions we had, she'd make a point to circle back and ensure she got us the necessary information so we'd be satisfied. Through the whole process, nothing was left outstanding. Needless to say, she exceeded our expectations. Christine is extremely knowledgeable about the market and, more importantly, the Bay Area market. Yet the thing we appreciated most about working with her was she never tried to shove her opinions on us. She gave us information and advice only if we asked or if she felt she needed to. She is also very resourceful. She connected us with a local lender, a real estate lawyer, inspection companies, insurance and home warranty companies, a handyman, etc.. And even to this day, we know we can lean on her for advice or help with her abundance of resources whenever we need to...and we have. All in all, we couldn't sing higher praise for Christine. We began the homebuying process as realtor/client, and we ended it as friends.
