I would highly recommend Christy as an experienced professional who will minimize your stress of buying or selling a home. Christy did an amazing job helping me to sell my house and made the whole process as easy as possible for me. She is very easy to work with, has great connections, provided knowledgeable input and recommendations every step of the way, and was willing to help in any way she could. Thanks to her trustworthiness and expertise, I was able to sell my house completely remotely while she handled pretty much everything. She even returned rented utility equipment for me as a courtesy because I could not physically be at the house. In addition to coordinating with all contractors, landscapers, and cleaners, Christy kept me updated on any changes and kindly ran all the numbers regularly to give me an accurate payout amount. She was able to negotiate with contractors to roll repairs and other costs into the closing so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for anything. She was extremely accommodating and flexible for my convenience, yet organized and efficient to keep things on track for closing. Overall it was a pleasure to work with Christy and I have no complaints at all.
