Christina and her husband is very helpful in recommending what is good and bad in a house, and value a home, she usually respond my message and call right away, and she don't push me to make decision, I am very satisfied with their service.

Once Inhd an agreement with Christina, she was instantly on task with gathering photos, getting the listing together and out on the market.Her communication was excellent and her knowledge of marketing real estate and managing offers were top notch. I had an above asking offer under contract in under a week. Christina navigated the process wonderfully and when the buyer hit a snag with their financing, she used her network of contacts and got the deal back on track. I can’t recommend Christina highly enough.
Christina was the best realtor I have ever had. I have purchased 7 homes so far in my life. This was the easiest. Christina and her husband Kris were extremely knowledgeable about the area and about homes in general. They helped us determine how much work would be needed on each property we viewed. When we chose to make an offer they were spot on with how much to offer and helped to get our offer accepted. They were happy to get us access a few times before closing as well. They were wonderful!
