Finally Home

Christina is outstanding. Wonderful experience after choosing to switch from another agent. We gave her an impossible task of finding a needle is a haystack. She made everything simple, enjoyable and she is ACCESSIBLE. Moving from the Midwest to the Carolinas would be stressful for most, however we didn’t feel it while working with Christina. We are grateful for her help, and now have our forever home.

What would I do without her!?

Use Christi Walsh - you cannot go wrong with this choice! On our first day out she packed me a bag of snacks and printed a packet of homes we visited, there were over 10 just to help visualize a long day of work - the preparation and thoughtfulness was next level! We searched in this crazy market for over a year and she never lost energy and continued to reassure me that my dream home was out there. I almost decided to pass on the open house for my now home, but Christi paid attention to every detail I had on the dream board and pushed me to go. Closing was smooth and she sent checklists to help me meet due dates, she is still sending me checklists for regular maintenance and getting ready for tax season. I sleep soundly and I can't wait to fill this with memories that include having Christi over to celebrate. I highly recommend Christi, her pink shoes, and Farms & Estates Realty, Inc.. Christi leads with integrity, has grace in stressful moments, and she will be in your corner every step of the way.
