Chrissy Heinle

Chrissy knew the market, provided us with all the information we needed. She always texted or called to keep me updated on every step of the process. She was exceptionally professional from start to finish and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire her again.

I had a fantastic experience working with Chrissy while buying my house. She is extremely easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with great explanations. She was very fast and would schedule property viewings as soon as I asked, along with acquiring any additional info I requested on each property. When it came time to make an offer, Chrissy really impressed me with her negotiating skills. On top of all of this, she is genuinely a wonderful person. I highly recommend Chrissy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Chrissy went above and beyond to make my first home buying experience a positive one! Her knowledge, experience, efficiency, and great communication made the whole process so much easier than I had expected. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home - I know she’ll be my first call for any future real estate needs!

If you’re looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, we cannot recommend Chrissy enough! Our home-buying process came with more than its fair share of challenges, especially with our lender, but Chrissy never backed down. She was professional, persistent, and incredibly assertive when it mattered most. She knew when to push, when to advocate for us, and how to handle difficult situations with both class and determination. She truly went to bat for us and made sure our interests were represented every step of the way. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in helping our family get into our new home. We never felt like just another transaction, she cared, communicated, and consistently went the extra mile. We are incredibly grateful for everything Chrissy did for us and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Chrissy is fantastic at communicating with us and sellers. Whether it is a text, phone call, or email, she is answering any time of the day, typically almost immediately. Anytime we needed a disclosure form, a tour set up, or had any questions, she did it all quickly. She was wonderful in assisting us with contacting our seller as it was a for sale by owner, and she was an efficient middle man for us. Chrissy taught us almost everything we know about buying a home, making this process as easy as possible even for first time buyers. She would sit on the phone with us when needed reading over contracts and explaining every little bit of jargon we were unfamiliar with, making us feel like pros in the process. Her personality was fun and bubbly, but had no issues with being aggressive when it mattered. We loved that she was incredibly straight forward, pointing out things that we should be weary of, helping us find the best deals, and making us feel comfortable with when to walk away or when to dig deeper into a home. She truly is a gem to work with, and we are so happy we selected her!

Chrissy Heinle answers questions and addresses problems quickly and thoroughly! She knows her business and this area and is a true professional! I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her again!
