His pricing advice was spot on, he knew when adjustments were needed, and he timed both the sale and purchase perfectly. He also negotiated well on both sides, especially during a difficult negotiation over the new roof on the home we were buying. Chris went above and beyond in so many ways. He worked around our schedule to show us homes, or made sure someone from his team was available when he couldn’t be there himself. When repairs were needed on the home we were selling, he coordinated quality contractors and handled the scheduling for us, which took a lot off our plate during an already busy time. We were moving our family with young kids, and this was a big transition for us. Having someone we could trust, who gave great advice and genuinely looked out for our best interests, made all the difference. Even after closing, Chris has continued to be available and offer support. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone buying or selling a home.
