Stephanie was very knowledgeable! She showed compassion and love through the whole process. I would honestly never use anyone else other than Stephanie. She was pretty much at my beckon call and made sure I crossed every T and dotted every I. This was literally my very first house purchase alone, yet she never made me feel alone! I was crazy emotional at times and quite nervous about leaving my existing House of over 32 years, that my deceased husband and I built. In preparation from the very beginning of this journey, I needed a lot of Stephanie's business contacts to help me prepare my older house to be ready to sell, this meant it needed a updated nicer fresh appeal to attract interested buyers. With her help both her and I got busy managing business professionals to come in for quotes and redoes of the existing house. It was actually fun to watch the process. After all the redoes on my house it almost made me not want to sell it though :) Yet I had to keep my eyes on the end goal. My house became too much for an aging person to take care of, and I knew in my heart, this home I was selling needed new life and a new family to love it as much as we did when we were raising our family. All my prayers were answered when the perfect buyers came along and felt the love! Blessings began to unfold; I also trusted in Stephanie Peterson to find me another place of my own that met my needs and for heavens sack he did! As I mentioned earlier Stephanie helped me immensely with my first House Purchase and my first House Sale as the seller.
