Excellent experience using Relator, Stephanie Peterson with Tie Team Reality!
Stephanie was very knowledgeable! She showed compassion and love through the whole process. I would honestly never use anyone else other than Stephanie. She was pretty much at my beckon call and made sure I crossed every T and dotted every I. This was literally my very first house purchase alone, yet she never made me feel alone! I was crazy emotional at times and quite nervous about leaving my existing House of over 32 years, that my deceased husband and I built. In preparation from the very beginning of this journey, I needed a lot of Stephanie's business contacts to help me prepare my older house to be ready to sell, this meant it needed a updated nicer fresh appeal to attract interested buyers. With her help both her and I got busy managing business professionals to come in for quotes and redoes of the existing house. It was actually fun to watch the process. After all the redoes on my house it almost made me not want to sell it though :) Yet I had to keep my eyes on the end goal. My house became too much for an aging person to take care of, and I knew in my heart, this home I was selling needed new life and a new family to love it as much as we did when we were raising our family. All my prayers were answered when the perfect buyers came along and felt the love! Blessings began to unfold; I also trusted in Stephanie Peterson to find me another place of my own that met my needs and for heavens sack he did! As I mentioned earlier Stephanie helped me immensely with my first House Purchase and my first House Sale as the seller. I am so thankful for all she has done; my heart is grateful for choosing a true woman of the Lord, as the listing Realtor for my House and the Realtor on the Purchase a New one, my experience was a Grand Slam. Guidance through difficult buyer financing
Chris was absolutely amazing! We were faced with buyers that had difficult financing. He guided us through every step of the process. He kept us informed, and guided us on negotiations during all of the difficulties. His knowledge of the current market made our pricing competitive, and made sure we got showings an offers quickly!

Highly recommend
Stephanie felt like family through this process. She was great with communication, always kept us in the loop. She did all the necessary things to sell the house (brokers open, social media posts, giveaways) no corners were cut and was so professional every step of the way. She prayed with us and we got to lean on the Lord together. During a time of our lives that could have felt like a hard struggle, didn’t feel like that, Thanks to Stephanie! She will get the job done!
