Chris was exactly the person I needed to help me through my first home purchase. Words can not do justice to the knowledge, time, and caring Chris passed along to me throughout the entire process. Chris is very experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. As an owner occupant of a duplex I came to Chris looking for something very specific and complicated to find. Chris patiently walked me through each step on the process, strategically helped me make multiple offers, and eventually helped me close on a house the fit exactly what we were looking for. I can't imagine a realtor doing a better job than the service Chris provided for us.
