Chris was very helpful to us in our purchase process. He previewed and videoed houses for us while we were still in Colorado. He clearly and accurately represented our wishes in negotiations with sellers and did not push us in one direction or another. I WILL highly recommend Chris to friends and family as well as others I meet.

We met at two open houses one day, in visiting with him he mentioned another house we might like and arranged to show us that day. For almost a year now he has arranged last minutes showings etc for us. We have consumed many of his weekends. I highly recommend him to everyone . Chris was extremely helpful. We had floundered for 6 months with another agent who did not keep us informed or give us any information. Either they didn't know anything to help us and/or they weren't willing to find out either. Chris was just the opposite. He gave us so much direction and he answered or found out an answer to all of our questions. He gave our whole dismal experience a 180° turn and we are so grateful. Chris made this a very difficult and stressful time much better just by knowing that he was there to help. He never made us feel like we were bothersome (even though I know we were!!) Like I stated before he made this process so much easier once he became involved. We were at our wits end previously thinking the property was never going to sell, not having answers to any questions. We experienced nothing like this with Chris. He was always available and went out of his way to help us with all of our questions and concerns. He had a plan and how he was going to achieve it and I had utmost faith and trust that he was going to deliver on his plan. He is amazing.
