Chris made a very stressful time much less so for us. He handled all of our questions in a prompt and courteous fashion. If he didn't know an answer he contacted people until he found the answer. I can't say enough about Chris and how he handled our concerns. He went out of his way to accommodate us as we would come back to town sometimes on short notice and he would pull together as many properties for us to look at as he could. He was very straightforward with us and even when he knew we really liked a place if he had a concern he let us know. I knew he had our best interests in mind. Timely, courteous and efficient. After buying a property with another broker and really struggling to get things answered or completed, this experience was entirely different and I am so grateful for that. Chris really went above and beyond for me! I was nervous buying my first home, but Chris was very easy to work with and explained everything well. He even suggested looking at other homes and set me up with the private client server, just to ensure I was selecting the right home for me. It was reassuring that he cared more about me being happy with my home than he was about making a sale. I would strongly recommend Chris and plan to use him in the future if I move!

Chris was extremely helpful. We had floundered for 6 months with another agent who did not keep us informed or give us any information.
