The wife and I were out of state during most of the time the house was for sale, when a potential buyer was found, the inspector recommended several fixes, and Chris knew and contacted the contractors to get the repairs done for the buyers satisfaction, and we did not have to return from our winter home to get this accomplished, He got it done for us. He spent hours answering questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes are selling, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Chris made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should). I've recommended Chris Morris to everyone I know.
