The wife and I were out of state during most of the time the house was for sale, when a potential buyer was found, the inspector recommended several fixes, and Chris knew and contacted the contractors to get the repairs done for the buyers satisfaction, and we did not have to return from our winter home to get this accomplished, He got it done for us.
