Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. He was available at literally all hours and always very responsive. My wife and I dealt with a couple other real estate agents before working with Chris and Chris was far more helpful and available than they were. update : I worked with Chris again to sell my home and once again he did a damn good job. Helped coordinate everything on the house prep and worked hard to get top dollar on the sale.

We were in a shortsale purchase that took 3 months but in the end we got the house we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. During that time period, we had roadblocks put up from the seller and the bank. Most buyer's agents would not have fought this long and hard but Chris knew how much we liked the house and how great of a deal we were pursuing. When we finally got the counter offer from the bank, it was 10% more than our offer. So Chris countered with a lower offer than our original one, researched comps, wrote a well written comparative analysis, and in the end the bank had no choice but to accept the original offer. I have no doubt there were people lined up buy this 3000 sq/ft custom pool home in the Hills and offer more than what we wanted to pay. I really enjoyed working with Chris Hotaki!! I that he was a fake at first because he was so smooth I that it was too good to be true. But he is honest, he listens to what we wanted and he made the whole experience easy. I have referred him to a few people and I will continue to refer people to him. I am hoping to purchase another house and he will be the person I call.
