Since I have never had a home rented out before, I was very over whelmed and had a lot of questions in regards to the process. Chris was patient and walked me through the entire process including hosting open houses and reviewing applications. After several open houses, I was finally happy with a tenant that we both liked. Chris was able to make this process as less stressful to me as possible.
